Interested in growing as a young leader?
YLD invests in potential future young leaders, aged 18-25, through training and “on-the-job” discipleship.
Our aim is to help each individual go on a journey of discipleship and development as they discover their passions and gifts, learn to carry responsibility, take steps of faith, and receive input from multiple leaders.
Each Young Leader will be based in Manchester or North Wales and will serve in a variety of ministries within the church and community. Each person will have a mentor, live with a church family and benefit from a day of teaching and training. There are also 2 days a week made available to get part-time work. Towards the end of the year there is an overseas mission trip for each of the YLD participants (probably to South America).
This is an amazing adventure – an opportunity to grow one’s faith, develop leadership skills, serve, and be trained whilst being supported by the Church family.
The year will run from September 2023 to the end of July 2024.
